The spaces are 8' wide x 15' deep (a standard parking space)

Minimum 2 space rental requirement (16' wide x 15' deep)

Leave you vehicle in the back of your space and setup your merchandise in the front.

Make sure you buy the correct amount of spaces for the length of your vehicle and/or trailer.

Please use tents and umbrellas that are in good shape visually and mechanically. Make sure you weigh down your Tents to prevent them blowing away.

This is a "Leave No Trace" market. We keep our rental prices low by requesting EVERYONE clean up after themselves.

When you load out, please take all broken glass and trash WITH YOU, leave behind NO mirrors, NO bags of glass nor items you do not want, just sell them at the next market.

The trash cans are for regular trash only, broken chairs or popup's are not regular trash (really, I googled it)

Basically if you would not put it in your own kitchen garbage can do not put in ours.
